I'm a father of three and part of an active, sports-loving family. Over the years, I’ve pushed my physical and mental limits—running multiple marathons, including one after four days of a 12-day water fast. This reinforced my belief that fasting unlocks more than just health—it transforms body and mind.
Beyond fitness, I’m a Krav Maga self-defense instructor, helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience. I’ve also been an Airbnb Superhost for over a year, where hosting isn’t just a hobby—it’s my Ikigai. I love connecting with people, learning new languages, and exchanging perspectives.
True strength comes from pushing limits—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Running marathons and fasting taught me that we’re capable of far more than we realize. Once we tap into our full potential, everything changes.

I always had the feeling that I needed to leave Vienna – the city felt too urban, too confined. So I moved to Malta, drawn by the sun, the beach, and the sea. But instead of the freedom I had hoped for, I found myself stuck in office jobs, trapped in a routine that didn’t fulfill me. Deep inside, I knew this still wasn’t my path.
A turning point came with my first Wim Hof retreat. There, I experienced the power of breathwork and the transformative energy of a retreat for the first time. It became clear to me that I needed to make a fundamental change in my life. So I quit my job and traveled to India for a year.
In India, I completed my yoga certification and immersed myself deeply in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), and meditation – right at the source. My journey then led me to Thailand, where I practiced Vipassana meditation with Buddhist monks. Finally, in Nepal, I trekked alone in the Himalayas for a month – an experience that showed me the profound power of silence and nature.
Today, I share my knowledge and experiences. My goal is to inspire people to break free from routine, reconnect with their inner strength, and bring body and mind into harmony.

No! The retreat is for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, every activity is adaptable.
The retreat is limited to a small group (10 people) for a personalized experience.
The retreat is conducted in English, but we also speak German and Russian. 1:1 coaching sessions can be held in your preferred language. Most of our participants come actually from Germany.

Step 1: After our initial call, we’ll send you the payment details.
Step 2: You secure your spot with a 10% deposit, which can be paid via bank transfer.
Step 3: The remaining balance can be paid in one of two ways:
Option 1: Full payment before the retreat starts – no later than May 4, 2025.
Option 2: Flexible installment plan – Pay in up to 3 monthly installments.

If you cancel on or before April 19, 2025 (15 days before the retreat): You will receive a full refund, including your 10% deposit, or you can use the deposit for a future retreat or stay at any of our vacation rentals.
If you cancel after April 19, 2025 (less than 14 days before the retreat): No refunds will be issued, and the full amount (all installments) must still be paid.
If you can’t attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else or apply your deposit to a future retreat or vacation rental stay.
The retreat is guaranteed to take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat on our side, we will fully refund all payments, including any flight costs incurred by participants.
